Everything We Feel

Right now, we exist in a paradox. We are exhausted, yet strangely, we remain energetic. Perhaps we are aware of this condition, or perhaps we are strangers to our own reflection. It is a confusing state—to find excitement in the smallest things, yet feel a quiet sadness settling in at the very same moment.

This tiredness is not just because we work too much. It is the fatigue of being human. It comes from the weight of the names we carry and the exhausting effort to live up to them. If this sounds confusing, do not worry. We are simply trying to articulate the unspoken.

We often ask, "What is life?" People answer based on their scars—they speak of suffering, of lost profits, and of the happiness they once held, which we now refer to as the "Past."

But the deeper question is: What is "Everything"?

"Everything" is the spectrum of our existence. It is the rush of emotion we feel when joy or tragedy strikes. When we lose something, we feel the depth of sorrow. But these feelings do not stem from just one source; they are the sum of a thousand different things. They have been tethered to us from the very beginning—connected through every peak and valley of our lives. We just have to look closer to realize that everything is right here, even if we feel lost.

Amidst the noise, have you ever whispered to your own soul: Hey, are you satisfied? What do you truly want? Are you at peace? Is this the life we are meant to be living? If you haven’t asked, ask now. Feel the answer. We are creatures of insatiable desires; it feels like a never-ending cycle of wanting more. But the peace we seek is not granted simply because we write it on paper or speak it aloud. It costs a lifetime of struggle, a flood of emotions, and sheer guts. To live in peace with the truth, we must face the full spectrum of existence—the good and the bad—and remain eternally grateful for what we have.

From birth to adulthood, we witness every season of the human experience—just as nature cycles through winter, summer, spring, and autumn. We, too, have our cold winters of grief and our warm summers of joy.

The emotions remain the same, but they shape shift. Do you remember the first time an emotion truly hit you? It felt different then. But after one fall, and then another, we learn to navigate the storm. We fall, and we wake up. A small part of us becomes stronger.

You might wonder: If BrainFly Studio is a publishing house, why are we writing short journals? Here is the truth, Not every feeling becomes a book, but every feeling deserves to be read. We publish books, yes. But sometimes, thoughts just arrive randomly. They are not full novels; they are just scribbles in a diary, sudden realizations at 2 AM, or starting points of a story that never finished. Usually, these thoughts stay hidden inside us. You know the feeling, but the person sitting next to you does not. The world does not.

We created this space for those fragments. This journal is for the raw, unpolished thoughts that are too heavy to keep inside but too short to bind into a book. We publish them here so that the feelings known only to you can finally be known by the world.

So, this is our open diary. Sometimes our emotions burst out when we least expect it. But by writing them down—even just a small part—we learn to navigate them. We share them here so that we can understand who we were, who we are, and who we are becoming.

We are walking through this together, sharing the unwritten chapters of our lives, so that eventually, we can all feel a little lighter.
